General Refund Policy

TUAS makes sure every product you receive is of utmost quality and a great deal of effort is taken in delivering it to you.

Generally, all goods sold are not refundable and returnable, except if your package arrives incorrectly or damaged. In this case, we allow an exchange but exchange for colours or size is strictly not allowed.

  • Please take note that the actual colours of the products and the colours appearing on your monitor may differ. As such, we do not make exchanges for this reason.
  • A difference of 0.5-1.0 cm for items such as tote bag and canvas frames received and the given measurement on the website may not be considered as incorrect or defective.

Returns procedure

You can drop us an email holler@tuas.online or contact us by visiting this page on our website: tuas.online/contact/, within 48 hours upon receipt of your package together with your order details phone number and photos or video of the damaged/defective item(s)

Do take note that sale receipts, shipping receipts or any other documentation of the item must be returned with the product. The product must be in its original condition with all packaging, labels and had not been washed, altered, or used.

Kindly note that report must be made within 48 hours of receiving your items and exchanges must be mailed back to us within 7 working days from the date the package was received by you. However, returns can only be processed and sent out Monday to Friday during normal working hours (Malaysia)
